The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on www.eioclothing.com (the "Website") and your use of the Website itself.

Eio/Eio Clothing is the trading name of Eio Clothing Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (co. no 4528920). Eio Clothing’s studio is based and works from London however all correspondence relating to the website should be addressed to the company's stock department, details of which are given below.

In these terms "we" refers to Eio Clothing and "you" and "your" refers to any visitor to the Website or any Eio Clothing customer.

Eio Clothing can supply goods that are ordered online via the Website and via the post (cheque).  However we do not accept orders by telephone.

Prices & Currencies Accepted

All prices are shown on the Website in £ sterling (GBP). All payments which will include all taxes, delivery, shipping and handling fees must be made by via Protx and only cards accepted by Protx can make payments.

Eio Clothing can accept payment in £ sterling (GBP). All currencies will be converted to GBP (£ Sterling) and you will be liable for any exchange rate charges made by your card provider.

All prices are as stated on the Website but Eio Clothing reserves the right at any time to revise the price of goods without notice.

Availability

All goods are subject to availability and may be changed at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund. Eio Clothing will contact you to arrange this via email.

Payment Details & Security

All payments to Eio Clothing are handled securely by Protx (Internet Service Payment Providers). Protx accept payment by Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and solo (and any other card agreed by them from time to time). Payment will be debited from your card or account before the dispatch of the goods you have purchased. Upon processing a transaction, Protx will issue you with an electronic transaction receipt which will be sent to the email address you provide.

Eio Clothing does not hold your credit or debit card details as all card data is processed securely by Protx.

Lost or Damaged Goods

In the event that any goods are lost or damaged in transit please contact us immediately either via email to our stock department orders@eioclothing.com or by telephone on 0044 (0) 1522 529040 during office hours.

In the case of non-delivery please wait 7 working days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed. In case of goods received damaged or faulty please retain the goods and contact us within 10 days of receipt, whereupon we will arrange for the damaged or faulty goods to be exchanged or we will provide a refund of the cost of the goods to the card the goods were purchased on.

Returns & Refunds

Eio stands by the products it makes. We believe in quality and we will not be happy until you are.  So, if our products have failed you in any way, please return them and we will either exchange them or give you your money back.

We will issue a full refund on receipt of unused goods including postage. Refunds will only be made to the credit or debit card on which the purchase was made. Please include the receipt and a note saying who you are and whether you want a refund or to exchange it for a different size or colour. Send this all to us at the address below:

The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the goods using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Furthermore although the above all sounds very formal we always listen and try our best to sort things out and make you happy.

Protecting your privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly to provide you with the best possible service.

The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name, address, phone number, and your email address. As we have already stated we do not collect or hold any credit /debit card information from you. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the information we hold about you is accurate and up to date.

If you wish, you can check the information that we hold about you at any time by emailing us and asking for details. If you find any inaccuracies we will either delete the information or correct it as required.

Warranties

Eio Clothing is unable to provide any warranties in relation to goods provided over and above its statutory obligation to provide goods of satisfactory quality in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 as amended by the Supply of Good and Services Act 1994.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Eio Clothing’s Limited Liability

Except in relation to liability for death or personal injury Eio Clothing’s liability for negligence shall be limited to the total value of the transaction. Eio Clothing shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses even if Eio Clothing has previously been advised of the likelihood of such losses.

Availability of Website

We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that this Website does not have any problems and that the goods displayed are available. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of the Website or that any goods on the Website are in stock or available.

Intellectual Property Rights

The rights in the designs and the content of this Website are owned by Eio Clothing Ltd. They are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or display any part of this site without permission.

All trademarks, product names and company names or logos featured on the Website are the property of their owners.
