The Special Delivery™ service is a priority service that allows you to receive any order that you may need urgently. Special Delivery prices start at £5.50 and go up to £9.50 depending on weight.

Airsure™ is a fast reliable service that allows you to track your order online from the moment its dispatched till it reaches your door. Airsure prices start at £6.50 and go up to £9.50 depending on weight.
Important: Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. Returns information
We stand by the products we make. We believe in quality and we will not be happy until you are. So, if our products have failed you in any way, please return them and we will either exchange them or give you your money back.
We offer free returns on all UK orders, you simply need to attach the returns label to your envelope and pass it over to the Post Office.
For all international orders. It is your responsibility to ensure any returned goods reach us. It is important that you ask the carrier to stamp and date a 'Certificate of Posting' as this proves that you sent it back to us if it gets lost in transit.
Refunds will only be made to the credit or debit card on which the purchase was made. Please include the returns slip stating who you are and whether you want a refund or to exchange it for a different size or colour.
